Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase:

8. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel an order for products before shipment or services before work begins without penalty. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
8.2 Service Appointment Cancellation
For scheduled service appointments:
- More than 24 hours notice: Full refund of any deposits
- Less than 24 hours notice: 50% of the deposit may be retained as a cancellation fee
- No-show: Full deposit may be forfeited
